The hotel itself is a decent property with good services. My room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was up to standards.

One of the best room layouts I've ever seen. Very comfortable and practical. Great AC, quiet room, great bed, excellent food, great service/staff.

I had a huge room with a built-in sauna, a hot tub, and a very comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent too.

I like the location of the hotel, because it is within a reasonable distance from Banamex Center and Palacio de Hierro.

Location is good, nearby Santa Fe market where you can sample all local delicacies. Also, every night you can have great tacos in front of the hotel, I recommend the "longaniza" ones.
